Planning Approval has been granted by Torbay Council for Phase 1 and Phase 2 has been approved by the Planning Committee ( awaiting sign-off by the Executive)

Interesting - any update? We run eco lodges in Devon. It's a great part of the country for such a venture and definitely a growing market. Is your project off the ground yet?
